It’s a very accepting place and people are so open about it here. It’s great because there aren’t many people who are still bad about it, and have bad attitudes.
There’s always going to be some people.

You can still hear people say fag and stuff. You still hear that. That still happens and that’s not going to go away completely. We’re not in our little bubble.
Yeah.
But sometimes I feel like it’s very accepting here and sometimes I think I take it for granted almost. Thinking about moving away is kind of slightly scary, when I know there’s been people who live in different places and have a lot more trouble being LGBTQ+. Even in this country there are places where they’re a lot less accepting than here.
