“Although I identify as male, I still quite like wearing feminine clothes”

Transcript

Although I identify as male, I still quite like wearing feminine clothes and I wear dresses a lot, so I think people don’t really think any of it. I’ve just got short hair and that’s really it and I don’t really make an effort to pass, because I don’t think it’s going to work.

I don’t really choose to dress in a way that reflects my identity, because it’s just not really the clothing that I prefer. There are some days when I really don’t want to wear feminine clothing and it really gets to me a bit. I don’t have much masculine clothing, because my parents buy most of my clothes and my mum won’t let me shop in the boys section. So, at the moment, I can’t really always dress how I want.
