Mally has made a series of images both in the studio and in the landscape that show how he represents himself and his identity through Cos Play and his love of Anime. He has also written a poem and is expressing his identity through the culture and activity that he loves.
He also made a second diptych that works with the poem Green. It explores emotions.
Green like a thousand reflections
in a mirror
Is that me or a tree
My roots binding me to this place
but always reaching for more
Lessons learned and growing further
Reaching for stars in a water soaked sky
Nature surrounds me in a world of industry
Nature can’t be stopped
It will adapt
So must I to survive
